70s STYLE – There’s no denying it: for the upcoming spring and summer seasons, the 70s throwback will be ruling our wardrobes and, judging by the latest Pucci campaign, our eyewear stash as well. Beading, fringe and impressive maxi dresses have long been part of the Pucci repertoire. However the volume has now been turned up a notch – clothes and accessories alike. Which brings us back to the brand’s sunglasses game: this season, the Pucci frames are cooler than ever.
In the Pucci eyewear 2015 campaign, model Natasha Poly is pictured sporting a gorgeous multicolored fitted dress, pin straight locks and an impressive pair of frames. Giving off strong a 70s vibe, the sunglasses are round and oversized and come with orange lenses and thin contours. They kind of leave you wishing there were more, right?
Do not fret though. Even though this is the only pair of sunglasses in this campaign, Pucci has more tricks up its branded sleeves. Namely, a few pairs of sunglasses decorated with the house’s signature print-tastic style. These sunglasses have a mini campaign of their own – a few images can be viewed exclusively on the Pucci site.
