SUNNY MOOD – Who said autumn means just cold weather and dark, moody tones? The Fall/Winter 2014 accessories campaign from Guess switched up the perspective with a sun-drenched background, warm colors and a vast array of sunglasses, colors and textures.

Shot by Claudia & Ralf Pulmaans, the campaign is almost exhaustive in displaying an impressive amount of accessories: knits, furs, thigh-high boots, luxe bags and lavish prints, all styled in a hot, provocative way. Modeled by Bojana Ksrmanovic, Samantha Hoopes, Sandra Hellberg and Gui Fedrizzi, the photos successfully highlight the most precious accessories that Guess has to offer: jewelry, watches, shoes and, of course, sunglasses.

And since we’re talking about sunglasses, the sunny outdoors which served as a background were the perfect excuse for wearing the latest styles. There are quite a few shots exclusively dedicated to eyewear, so options abound. For women, the sunnies are mostly oversized and come with ombre lenses, while the frames are black, brown or even transparent. As for the styles, they are quite diverse, as they range from round and rectangular to shapes with a cat eye allure. When it comes to men’s sunglasses, the two pairs which were featured look cool, fresh and modern. The sleek aviators with modern matte temples are a bold and sexy choice, while the pair of square frames with strong metal temples has an unpredictable, mysterious edge.

As with everything Guess, this season’s accessories campaign oozes confidence, attraction and a certain sex-appeal that is inherent to all their products. Needless to say, this brand knows how to mesmerize us even during the colder months: with a light mood, lots of warm textures and irresistible sunglasses.
