RETRO FLAIR – The Gucci sunglasses game is strong this season. After a campaign that was entirely dedicated to eyewear and featured cool sunglasses and optical frames, let’s see what Gucci is proposing in the mainline campaign. After all, one can’t just get enough of Gucci just like that.

For next season, Gucci will be all about Alessandro Michele’s vision, the new creative director whose debut seems to steer the brand in a whole new direction. If the collection itself revolved around suede, denim an trippy prints, the eyewear followed suit by morphing into an impossibly cool pair of round frames. With a gold slim steel frame and tortoiseshell rims, these Gucci frames breathe elegance.
