THE NEWEST FROM GUCCI – Just when you thought you’ve seen all that Gucci has to offer for the season, here comes something fresh! This might just be the HOTTEST campaign yet.

For summer 2015, Gucci are betting it all on the supremacy of the tortoiseshell frames. And, by the looks of it, this will be a winning option. After the round sunglasses that were featured front and center in the mainline campaign and the his&hers frames featured in a separate one, here comes a brand new campaign. This time, accompanied by a video.

The Gucci Havana collection campaign for summer 2015 doesn’t focus on one or two frames, but includes a shot of virtually every style that is part of the new collection. Just in time for summer, the recently released video shows a jet-set pool party, an unexpected guest and a whole lot of dashing tortoiseshell sunglasses. The star of the show pool party is a pair of square sunglasses with rounded corners and brown gradient lenses. Worn by model Alexandra Hochguertel with a cut-out bathing suit and dripping wet hair, the sunglasses look mysterious and edgy. However, they look equally cool and, yes, mysterious with a suit and a bow tie, as evidenced by model George Barnett. Flirty, cool, timeless and unisex… clearly, the newest tortoiseshell sunglasses from Gucci are on their way to win the hearts of both men and women.
