GEOMETRIC GAMES – Shot by the one and only Karl Lagerfeld, the Fendi campaign for this season is a luxurious symphony with minimalistic notes. Shot in the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana in Rome, the campaign features models Nadja Bender and Ashleigh Good. This irresistible duo seems to be playing a sophisticated game of hide and seek, while wearing head to toe Fendi. Eyewear, iconic purses, decadent fur inserts, floral accessories and feminine colors – all of them are in beautiful contrast to the clean, white lines of the building.

And when it comes to the Fendi sunglasses, the vibe stays the same: the frames are luxurious, structured and very sophisticated. Let’s take, for example, the Metropolis model that is featured in the campaign. Fitting right in with the geometric frame trend, they boast a stylized cat-eye silhouette, adorned with superimposed blocks of color. The metallic temple and bridge further emphasize their unique, dramatic flair.

As for the Fendi optical glasses, the campaign shows a pair of Fendista frames. Their geometric brow line looks modern and hints at an expressive style. The temples are metallic as well and feature a subtle Fendi logo right where the metal meets the black frame. A perfect mix of edginess and classic flair, these sunglasses are definitely meant for the contemporary, luxury-loving woman.

The Fall/Winter 2014-15 campaign may feature just two pairs of frames, but let’s not forget about all the other famous Fendi styles. Refresh your memory by watching the video below:
